I freaking had to. I think once you read on, you'll get it.
And if you don't, consider this me raising my Freak Flag. (And I'm not ashamed.)
You see, I was in the midst of
Um....hello????
CAN YOU SEE WHAT THIS IS?!? It is a small hard-covered book which opens up to reveal three different sizes of Post It Notes!!!! It measures about 3 inches by 5 inches and is going to save me from all those Post It Note emergenices...you know, those moments when you REALLY NEED a Post It note, but all you can come up with is the mangled pad that has been sitting at the bottom of your purse for the last two months?
Those moments are changed forever.
Clearly, I hopped on the old Internets asap to locate this genius for my peeps. Evidently, something of this size has to be purchased in massive amounts of bulk by a large company HOWEVER, I did find these other stylish options (click on the images for links). If you've seen stuff like this before, humor me. If you haven't, you're welcome.
Then there is this little gem which also has a bunch of different sized sticky notes with one that is List Making Magic.
I mean, does it get any better? I know I've been blogging about far more serious topics in education lately, but for a sunny Monday in the spring when we are all feeling a little burnt, I think this post feels just right.

Those are awesome. My principal gave each one of us a set of those for Teacher Appreciation Day in the fall...I love mine!
My friend who works in another district was gifted something very similar by her school (and subsequently stole a few extras that nobody claimed) and I've been jealous of them for like 2 years! Hooray...now I can be like the rest of the cool kids. :)
I got one at a Chamber of Commerce breakfast. Excellent.
In related post-it news...
$40 post-its are ridiculous, but have you seen these:

I LOVE these books! I kind of feel bad for anyone I came in contact with after I got mine because there were mini Post-Its posted where they just didn't need to be. I just couldn't help myself.
this kind of blog always useful for blog readers, it helps people during research. your post is one of the same for blog readers.

screendoorslams- Even I, the lover of all things Post IT, could not part with 40 bones for this....but very VERY cool. Thanks for sharing!
Emily - any help we can get, right?
I totally have post-it note envy. Thanks for the links, I don't think I can resist!
I got one of these with the Dunder Mifflin, Inc logo on it as part of a bonus pack when I bought a season of The Office. I love it!
